At uush, we take great care in creating and packing each piece. As a small, independent brand, our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Refunds

At present, uush does not offer returns or refunds. All purchases made on our website are considered final, subject to the exchange conditions outlined below.

We kindly request you to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product
    If the product you receive is damaged.

  2. Size-Related Issues
    If you receive a product that does not fit and require a size exchange (subject to availability).

No other exchange requests will be accepted.


Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact

  • The product must not be damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling by the customer

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability

uush reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.


How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@uush.in within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for exchange (damage or size issue)

  • Clear images of the product showing:

    • The issue or damage

    • Original tags attached

    • Packaging (if applicable)

Once we receive and review the details, our team will guide you through the next steps.


Damage Clarification

  • If the product is damaged during transit by the delivery partner, we will arrange an exchange once verified.

  • If the product is damaged due to customer handling, wear, or misuse, the exchange request will not be approved.

The final decision regarding damage verification rests with uush.


Exchange Process

  • Once approved, the exchange will be processed as per instructions shared via email

  • The exchanged product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original product (if applicable)

  • Shipping timelines for exchanged products may vary


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products damaged due to customer use or mishandling

  • Requests raised after 7 days from delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless damaged)

  • uush reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
